whew, things have been super-busy lately.

Have been getting great reviews for "The Price Of Sin" and there's more on the way. Check out the articles section here. 

 

And I'm very honored & happy that "The Price Of Sin" has achieved 3rd rank in this month's EuroAmericana chart beaten only by Bruce Springsteen's new album and Jeffrey Foucault's great CD "Ghost Repeater". Who would've thunk I'd ever make it onto charts of any kind. :-)

 

I also played a bunch of short notice gigs in April. Opened for The Silos in Heilbronn (great guys!), played a couple shows with my good friends of b.o.s.s. and did a radio show for Radio Ramasuri in Weiden as well. All of those shows were wonderful. Thanks to everybody who's been so supportive.

As of now, there's five gigs scheduled for May:

May 2 at the akw in Wuerzburg with Los Solitary Men and guests. Come on out for a night of country & rock'n'roll classics.

May 12 at the Omnibus in Wuerzburg with my band The Gunslingers. We'll be presenting most of the new album for the first time in full-band versions ... and some of the earlier, er, hits.

May 24 at the Alte Mälzerei in Regensburg with b.o.s.s. - songs by the great Bruce Springsteen and Elvis sung in Bavarian dialect. I'll play a few of my own songs and sit in with Hubert & Franz.

May 25 at the Alte Schießstätte in Neustadt a.d. Waldnaab. An acoustic night with Andi and me. This one should be great fun!

May 28 at the Artbreit festival in Marktbreit. Me & The Gunslingers rockin' in the afternoon (noon to 3pm).

 

I'll also post some more pics from my trip to Austin on the website asap and have some more magazine articles here that I'll need to type up and translate. Those'll also go on the website soon.
